Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intricate serological and molecular HLA analyses.
- Evaluate test outcomes and ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
- Oversee inventory management and execute quality assurance for reagents.
- Handle cellular and serum samples while adhering to applicable federal and state regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or a related biological science field.
- Possession of a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license or a limited license as necessary.
- No previous experience in HLA testing is required for recent graduates from CLS training programs.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred for candidates holding a Limited CLS License in HLA.
