Regional Sales Representative

We are a leading manufacturer of precision molded rubber, plastic, and TPE products for OEM companies in multiple fields, including medical, aerospace, and defense.

We are seeking a Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with customers in the rubber and plastics industry within the Northeast region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with a strong preference for rubber, plastic, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing sales experience is required.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
