Responsibilities- Assess and Diagnose Patients: Conduct thorough physical exams, record patients' medical histories, and diagnose health issues.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create personalized patient care plans, contribute to existing ones, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Order and Administer Diagnostic Tests: Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions.
- Prescribe and Administer Medications: Prescribe and administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Consult with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide Education and Support: Train patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
- Active NY State License: Must have an active license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State.
- Board Certification: Must be board certified in a relevant specialty.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
- Competitive Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year.
