  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including processing, ticketing, and restocking merchandise as needed.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience and retail sales experience (specialty retail preferred, but not required).
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Teamwork: Succeed in a team environment, while able to work independently and manage your own time.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time, operate a POS system, and lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
