Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at ABLE Kids Services. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism, promoting meaningful change and empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior change interventions, fine and gross motor activities, group and individual activities, self-help and daily living skills, potty training skills, skills to access their community and home environment, and conversational and verbal skills in a clinical setting.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Support and guide parents in the guidance of BCBAs.
  • Communicate professionally with family, team, and supervisors.
  • Collect data on goals provided in treatment plans and discuss changes with BCBAs to make data-based decisions.
  • Complete daily notes and documentation.
  • Participate in orientation and training.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Follow cleaning schedule to maintain cleanliness in the clinic.
Requirements:
  • Pshychology Degree Psychology Major Preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A deep commitment to show up every day, which includes a reliable source of transportation to and from the clinic.
  • RBT certification OR a willingness to complete the 40-Hour RBT course and Exam to obtain certification.
  • Compassion, experience, and willingness to work with young children.
  • Willingness to receive CPR training and a background check.
  • Clean background required.
