Position Overview
As a vital member of our team, you will engage with customers both in person and online, providing exceptional support for their parts and accessories needs. We are a leading multi-brand motorcycle and powersports dealership serving a diverse clientele across several states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service to all customers, greeting them in a friendly manner and assisting them with their parts and accessories inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and share comprehensive knowledge of all parts and accessories, including merchandise history and service requirements for motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in identifying their parts needs, utilizing catalogs and resources to research and recommend products.

Operational Excellence
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process parts from suppliers, ensuring accuracy against purchase invoices and preparing items for display.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized parts environment, ensuring merchandise displays are appealing and well-stocked.
  • System Proficiency: Become adept with our inventory management systems and electronic parts catalogs to facilitate efficient service.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience with motorcycle parts, preferably with brands such as Harley-Davidson, Honda, and Yamaha.
  • Familiarity with computerized inventory systems and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
