Job Title: Development Engineer III

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled Development Engineer III to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of new products, as well as improving existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of new products, including concept development, design, testing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that products meet company standards and customer requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in product development, with a focus on mechanical engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading design and development projects from concept to launch.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
