Position Summary:
The Lift Maintenance Lead plays a crucial role within the Lift Maintenance team. This position oversees a group of mechanics responsible for executing all aspects of maintenance on our lift systems, ensuring the safe and reliable transport of our guests and staff. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to take on a leadership position within the department.
Position Specifications:
- Expected Compensation: $53.98 per hour.
- Work Schedule: Full-Time.
- Experience Level: Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive maintenance of a designated group of lifts, executing all routine and assigned maintenance tasks under the direction of Lift Maintenance leadership.
- Facilitate the professional development and skill enhancement of team members, including training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and management.
- Ensure all lifts adhere to company, state, and federal regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities performed on lifts and submit records promptly.
- Adhere to safety and risk management protocols.
- Promptly report any unusual conditions, incidents, observations, or system failures to Lift Maintenance leadership.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Lift Maintenance role.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, rigging, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid US driver's license.
- Capability to work efficiently at heights.
- Able to work outdoors in challenging winter weather conditions.
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, and overtime as needed.
The expected pay range is $53.98 per hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this role, with individual salary decisions based on various factors.
