Retail Customer Service Representative

At Sam's Club, we're looking for friendly and skilled Customer Service Associates to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for operating front-end equipment, processing member purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging and greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Operate front-end equipment, including cash registers and self-checkout systems, to process member purchases and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by sweeping, cleaning, and restocking merchandise as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
