Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A strong dedication to cultivating positive relationships with colleagues, families, and the community.
  • A CDA, Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required; partial college completion will also be considered.
  • Prior experience in a teaching or assistant teaching role within a licensed early childhood program is preferred.
  • Understanding of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to the needs of infants and toddlers, including feeding and diaper changes.
  • Engage young children in play and educational activities while monitoring their development and progress.
  • Implement daily curricular activities for infants and toddlers in accordance with established policies, licensing regulations, and Primrose's educational philosophy.
  • Maintain an inviting and well-organized classroom that encourages exploration and decision-making in line with health and safety standards.
