As a Truck Wash Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our business by delivering an outstanding customer service experience while assisting the Truck Care General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Truck Wash facility.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure a safe and tidy facility, prioritizing safety to maintain an accident-free environment.
- Welcome customers warmly, communicate courteously, and assist them as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all team members are doing the same.
- Support the Truck Care General Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and mentoring staff.
- Assist in effectively managing employee turnover and retention.
- Conduct exterior washes for commercial vehicles and RVs.
- Perform wash-related services, including changing trailer washouts and applying cleaning agents and tire dressings.
- Handle accurate invoicing and payment processing for services rendered using billing software.
- Carry out basic maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
- Always prioritize the safety and satisfaction of customers, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Typical Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to communicate effectively and listen.
- Requires standing and walking, with occasional bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
- Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
In this role, you may be exposed to outdoor elements in various weather conditions. Occasionally, you may encounter fumes, particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing your duties, you may also be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, and concentrated cleaning solutions.
