About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bridge Engineer to join our team at DOWL. As a key member of our bridge structures project team, you will be responsible for leading the design and analysis efforts on a variety of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the structural design and analysis efforts on complex bridge projects
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and budget requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in bridge engineering
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in bridge engineering, with a strong background in structural design and analysis
  • PE license required, SE license preferred
  • Advanced degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
