Job Summary:
">As a registered nurse at LifeBridge Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. The RN provides care to patients in compliance with standards of practice and protocols established by ANA, ENA, BSBHS, and organization guidelines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients for physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs and developing individualized plans of care. They will collaborate with physicians, other disciplines, and staff to deliver quality care delivery and maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining a safe patient care environment and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing">
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State (if resident of that state)">
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in Emergency Services or 3-5 years of acute care experience">
- BLS required; ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire">
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred">
Unit Details:
">The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features 17,000 square feet of state-of-the-art design with technology and amenities for emergency care. Patients and visitors will immediately see a larger, brighter space with a comfortable waiting room.
This department includes 29 spacious, well-lit private treatment rooms, with providers' stations positioned front and center. Negative pressure rooms are located in the department for isolation of infectious diseases such as COVID-19.
The latest edition CT Scanner helps with early diagnosis of conditions such as strokes and impending heart attacks.
