We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Department Manager to join our team at Lovington Healthcare's skilled nursing facility in Lovington, NM. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of nurses and certified nurse aides.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the nursing department, ensuring that all staff members understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with Company, State, Federal and local rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Manage and supervise nursing personnel, including certified nurse aides, to ensure optimal staffing levels and high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to nursing care, including medication management, incident reporting, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.
- Graduate of an approved licensed vocational program and licensed in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
