Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at CVS Health. As a Pharmacy Technician Back End, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all medication needs and regulatory standards are met for our patients
  • Work in various workstations to grow your skillsets further
  • Rotate and work in various assigned pharmacy workstations, including packaging, staging, returns, receiving, narcotics, IV, Ekit, compounding, and Omnicell Cycle Fill
  • Perform physical inventories of medication
  • Coordinate activities with drivers to ensure shipments are accurate and deliveries are timely
Requirements
  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry
  • Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
  • PTCB National Certification
  • Five (5) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or equivalent experience
