About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Engineer to join our team at Velocity Enterprises. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining VMware NSX solutions for network virtualization and segmentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement VMware NSX Solutions: Develop and implement VMware NSX solutions to ensure a secure and efficient infrastructure.
  • Integrate and Manage Azure Cloud Services: Integrate and manage Azure Cloud Services, including configuring, deploying, and monitoring virtual machines, networks, and services in the Azure environment.
  • Consult with Clients and Internal Teams: Consult with clients and internal teams on best practices, implementation strategies, and potential risks related to VMware NSX, Microsoft Active Directory, and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Assist Sales Team: Assist the sales team in creating proposals, bids, and RFPs by providing technical details and specifications of proposed IT solutions.
  • Maintain and Enhance Brewster System: Maintain, update, and enhance our Brewster system for efficient management of IT solutions.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of VMware NSX and Azure Cloud Services.
  • Experience in designing and implementing network virtualization and segmentation solutions.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
