Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally with a scalable SaaS solution.
Deep knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Proficient in high-level programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, or Groovy.
Strong expertise in Linux/Unix environments (including RPM and Debian-based systems) and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
Extensive experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
Skilled in developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) at scale using Terraform, along with configuration management tools such as Chef and Ansible.
Solid understanding of networking principles and inter-service communication.
Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure the continuous operation of assigned client services, swiftly restoring functionality in case of outages.
Monitor and maintain the client's platform by identifying, forecasting, and resolving scaling challenges.
Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot issues, drive them to resolution, and perform blameless root cause analysis.
Contribute to the enhancement of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design through to operation.
Additional Advantages:
Familiarity with source control management tools such as Git and GitHub.
Ability to collaborate across various teams and strong knowledge of AWS services (e.g., EKS, RDS, IAM, Lambda, etc.).
