We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Receptionist to join our team at Visionworks of America. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist patients, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Patient Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, insurance information, and test results.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, verify insurance coverage, and coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or optical setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and systems.
This is a part-time position, with varying schedules to meet business demands. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality patient care.
