Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Autism 360.
This is a unique opportunity to create, manage, and implement preschool curriculum in an inclusive classroom setting.
Our classrooms are overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and each student has a dedicated assistant (behavior technician).
Student ages range from 2.5-7 years old, and we combine ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) with traditional Pre-K to prepare children for a traditional classroom setting.
As a Preschool Teacher at Autism 360, you will instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth.
You will create a fun and safe learning environment, implement a pre-planned, research-based curriculum, and assist in developing schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity and playtime.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents, communicate with parents on students' growth and progress, and maintain the health and safety of all students.
Responsibilities:
- Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
- Eagerness to learn about autism and work alongside children diagnosed with autism
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
