Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled CDL A Truck Driver to join our team. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another, performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and planning routes to meet delivery schedules. You will also be responsible for reporting any issues or incidents to the dispatch team and maintaining a clean and organized truck.
Key Responsibilities- Safely Transport Goods: You will be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another, ensuring the safe and secure delivery of products.
- Perform Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: You will be responsible for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle, ensuring that it is in good working condition and meets all safety standards.
- Plan Routes: You will be responsible for planning routes to meet delivery schedules, ensuring that you arrive on time and deliver products to the correct location.
- Report Issues or Incidents: You will be responsible for reporting any issues or incidents to the dispatch team, ensuring that they are aware of any problems or concerns.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Truck: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized truck, ensuring that it is in good condition and meets all safety standards.
- Valid Class A CDL: You must have a valid Class A CDL and a safe driving record.
- Safe Driving Record: You must have a safe driving record and a clear MVR.
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience driving a 53ft. tractor / trailer.
- Lifting Ability: You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
