**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Communications Director to lead our team in delivering innovative medical education solutions to pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or account management, with a strong understanding of medical communications, including scientific publications, medical education, digital communication, and promotional content.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Demonstrate commercial business development acumen, bringing industry knowledge to drive client objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects while driving client satisfaction, account growth, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute medical communication strategies that meet client objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Foster partnerships between planning and creative teams to achieve client goals.
  • Manage financial reporting, including forecasting and accountability, maximizing profitability for the book of business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-8 years of pharmaceutical marketing or account management experience.
  • Possesses a level of business acumen necessary to lead a team.
  • Ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Professional presence and positive, inspirational qualities to motivate internal teams and evoke ease and confidence in clients.
