MRI Imaging Specialist

MRI Technologist
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging services. The ideal candidate must have an associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology, and certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is a plus.
The selected technologist will be responsible for operating the MRI machine efficiently, making patients feel comfortable before and during the scanning procedure, and coordinating with the patient's physician to ensure the results are received in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Scanning Facility
- Providing Diagnostic Imaging
- Preparing Patients for Scans
- Inserting IVs when necessary
- Documenting Procedures
Requirements:
- Two (2) Years' Experience
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
- GE Scanner Experience
- Level 1 Trauma Center Experience
Preferred:
- Certification through the ARRT or a similar organization
