Job Summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality facials, microdermabrasion, hair removal, and other skin care services to meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our spa services and product lines, making recommendations to clients as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and professional work environment, adhering to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as an esthetician in the state of operation.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet client demands.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
