* Implement an effective quality check process by inspecting repaired vehicles and ensuring the repair meets standards
* Complete final paperwork and payment with customers
* Provide exceptional customer service at all times and build ongoing relationships with customers

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience as an estimator or auto body technician
* Exceptional organizational skills
* Proficiency in operating a computer
* Knowledge of intermediate mathematics
* Time efficiency is essential
* Reliable work history
* Valid driver's license
