Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Financial Analyst to join our team at Amdex Corporation. As a key member of our project control team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to management, evaluating project budgets, and identifying trends to ensure financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reviews of operating budgets for expenses against budgeted funds and prepare recommendations for appropriate alignment of funding sources.
  • Project Budget Evaluation: Evaluate controls on labor, overhead, and general and administrative expenditures, identify trends, and prepare special reports and processes to monitor and project financial performance.
  • Financial Guidance: Provide specialized financial guidance to management, including complex financial studies, process analysis, and reviews of operating budgets for costs compared to budgeted funds.
  • Expenditure Monitoring: Assist in monitoring expenditures and create, monitor, and maintain audit files for program compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in government project controls, schedule, financial reporting, and project management.
  • Skills: Highly organized with ability to manage time and resources, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Software: Experienced with MS Office Suite, including Formulas, Pivot Tables, and large data sets.
