As a Registered Nurse at Landmark of Louisville, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate nurse to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor.

About the Role:

  • Provide direct patient care and lead a team of nursing professionals.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and monitor care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress and care.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
