As a Night Auditor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel during the overnight hours.

Our Front Desk serves as a welcoming point for travelers, offering local insights and recommendations, along with a warm presence for those away from home.

Key Responsibilities of the Night Audit / Front Desk Role:

  • Warmly welcome and greet all guests and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations and be well-versed in all its functionalities.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner, directing calls as necessary.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle reservations and cancellations efficiently.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conclude front desk operations and reporting for the day.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Balance and reconcile daily financial activities.
  • Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Support general hotel operations as required.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests throughout the night shift.

Requirements for Night Audit / Front Desk Position:

Must maintain alertness and a friendly demeanor throughout the shift.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
