Job Overview

CUP Acquisition LLC is seeking a highly skilled Multicraft Technician to join our team in Camden, SC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the safe repair and troubleshooting of plastic extrusion equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and upgrades on factory equipment in assigned areas.
  • Respond to calls from production for emergency repairs or down equipment in a timely manner.
  • Identify and improve safety issues within production areas.
  • Consult with other Maintenance, Engineering, and Manufacturing employees to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Assist in start-up and shut-down of the plant as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED, Industrial Maintenance Certificate preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Machine Maintenance, Machining, Fabrication, and Welding experience required.
  • Efficiently use Tool Room equipment, including welders, drill presses, mills, and power saws.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with an ERP or PM system.
  • Experience with Forklift and Scissor Lift.
  • Lock-Out Tagout Experience.
  • Experience with OSHA Standards.
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel toe shoes must be worn on the production floor.
