Job Overview

Entegee is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to develop and manage forecasts for long-range planning, considering current materials, lead-time, and manned capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement system/process improvements within scheduling
  • Design and enhance forecasting tools through innovative ideas and projects
  • Convey and negotiate Master Production Schedule for achievability
  • Review and update forecast and master schedule; establish planning calendar updates monthly
  • Evaluate impact of proposed schedule changes; determine push/pull actions for financial forecast achievability
  • Assist production meetings to assess actual vs. plan; update MPS accordingly
  • Supervise and report actual results against Master Production Schedule
  • Prepare and manage master materials schedule using ERP systems; prepare staffing profiles for schedule achievement
  • Plan and schedule materials availability to support production schedules
  • Support new Sales Orders and Strategic Customer development through cooperative scheduling using Microsoft Project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • Five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows-based programs, and ERP/MRP systems
  • Proven experience with planning and forecasting
  • APICS certification a plus

Compensation: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
