Master Scheduler

Entegee is seeking a skilled Master Scheduler to develop and manage forecasts for long-range planning, considering current materials, lead-time, and manned capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement system/process improvements within scheduling
- Design and enhance forecasting tools through innovative ideas and projects
- Convey and negotiate Master Production Schedule for achievability
- Review and update forecast and master schedule; establish planning calendar updates monthly
- Evaluate impact of proposed schedule changes; determine push/pull actions for financial forecast achievability
- Assist production meetings to assess actual vs. plan; update MPS accordingly
- Supervise and report actual results against Master Production Schedule
- Prepare and manage master materials schedule using ERP systems; prepare staffing profiles for schedule achievement
- Plan and schedule materials availability to support production schedules
- Support new Sales Orders and Strategic Customer development through cooperative scheduling using Microsoft Project
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
- Five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows-based programs, and ERP/MRP systems
- Proven experience with planning and forecasting
- APICS certification a plus
Compensation: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
