Position Overview

Role: Windows Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft domain services, including Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Implement system updates and patches across server and desktop platforms.
  • Act as a specialist in the deployment of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Install, maintain, and oversee Windows Server environments.
  • Provide Tier III technical support to the desktop support team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Dell and VMware technologies.
  • Experience in incident response procedures.
