Job Overview
This position requires an enthusiastic individual who is excited to work with Oakland's youth. The Recreation Aide will be responsible for cleaning outdoor recreation facilities, setting up equipment, and assisting staff with recreation activities.

Responsibilities
- Clean outdoor recreation facilities and areas
- Obtain and set up recreation equipment, supplies, and props for programs, activities, and events
- Assist staff in conducting recreation activities and sports programs
- Refer questions from the public to designated staff
- Admit patrons to recreation events

Requirements
- Must have participated in organized recreation activities and demonstrated an interest in leading children in play activities
- Must be at least 16 years old or older
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin are highly desirable
