Hospice Aide - Darke County
  • This full-time role serves Darke County and nearby regions. Typical working hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm, including a rotation for weekends and holidays.

Hospice Aide - Mercer County
  • This full-time position is available in Mercer County and surrounding areas. Standard hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm, with weekend and holiday rotations.

Hospice Aide - Float Position
  • This full-time role requires flexibility to cover various service areas as needed. Regular hours are 8:00 am-4:30 pm, with weekend and holiday shifts.

PRN Hospice Aide - Inpatient Care Center
  • This as-needed position assists in meeting the demands of our inpatient Care Center. Shift hours are 6:00 am-6:00 pm or 6:00 pm-6:00 am.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Completion of 75 hours of state-approved aide training, including both classroom and supervised practical experience.
  • No lapse of 24 months in non-compensated aide work.
  • Successful completion of competency evaluation within the first 4 weeks of employment.
  • Pass a mandatory written Hospice Aide test within the first 6 weeks of employment.
  • Current registration on the Indiana Aide Registry.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in providing personal care within a healthcare environment.
  • Previous hospice experience is preferred.
