Job Summary

As an Insulation Installer with Baytherm Insulation, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in exterior walls and ceilings. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and logging materials onto a truck
  • Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the required height
  • Cutting insulation materials to size and installing them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
  • Installing insulation materials using various methods, including stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating equipment
  • May be required to drive a company vehicle, adhering to all driving rules and DOT requirements
  • Ensuring job site safety and locating MSDS packets in the vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Installation experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using standard hand tools
  • Able to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
  • Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
  • Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees
  • Able to stand for extended periods
