Job Title: Sales Associate III

Join the Tapestry team as a Sales Associate III and be part of a global house of brands committed to innovation and inclusivity. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales results through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach standards and visual merchandising expectations.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support store operations, including inventory management, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • Basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
