Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid flushes, and various maintenance tasks.
  • Install batteries and assess electrical systems.
  • Install shock absorbers and exhaust systems.
  • Complete multi-point inspections on vehicles, prioritize customer needs, and communicate findings to the service advisor.
  • Ensure the vehicle remains clean and free from grease and oil during service.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work area.
  • Perform road tests on vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
Qualifications:
  • Technical School Certification is preferred.
  • A strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  • A desire for career advancement within the company; this role offers growth potential.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks.
