Responsibilities
  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering educational activities and lessons.
  • Support individual and small group instruction in various subjects.
  • Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed.
  • Help prepare instructional materials and assist with classroom organization.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the classroom teacher and other staff members.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to supporting student learning and development.
