Leasing Consultant Opportunities:

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: A minimum of six months of experience in apartment or multifamily leasing.
  • Familiarity with software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon may be necessary.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is essential.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic characterized by reliability and dependability.
  • Willingness to assist with various community projects as needed.
  • Enjoy collaborating with others and taking direction when necessary.
  • Maintain a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor with colleagues and clients.
