Position Summary

We are currently seeking an Air Export Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing air export operations and ensuring efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage documentation for air export operations, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics, ensuring timely and accurate handling of cargo.
  • Respond to emergencies by managing cargo effectively and adjusting routes as necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients and addressing their logistics needs.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies, truckers, and other vendors to arrange pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in air export within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Associate's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment.
  • Flexibility to work effectively with diverse individuals in a multicultural setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Physical Requirements

This position may require occasional physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds, climbing stairs, and using hands for various tasks.
