Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Manufacturing Inc. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for establishing and upholding quality standards across our organization. This role requires in-depth knowledge of quality testing procedures, a solid understanding of industry standards, and a collaborative approach to ensure high levels of compliance and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage corporate quality standards to ensure compliance with internal and external product requirements.
  • Perform various quality tests using tools like micrometers, calipers, cable tapes, and microscopes.
  • Conduct a range of quality testing procedures, including test and elongation measurements, anti-capillary fluid and air tests, strip force testing, flame tests (FT-1, FT-2, VW-1, HB), hi-pot, spark testing, and fluid compatibility tests.

Requirements:
  • Technical degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with advanced quality testing techniques and familiarity with measurement equipment.
  • Knowledge of ISO-9001, Six Sigma, and other quality standards.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
