About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Associate to join our team at New Arizona Family. As a Clinical Associate, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and secure environment for our clients in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a daily structure to promote a sense of routine and stability for our clients.
  • Be available for crisis interventions and provide emotional support to clients in need.
  • Model positive behavior and engage clients in Independent Living Skills, activities, and health and wellness programs.

Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma/GED and one year of work experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A background check.
  • A minimum typing speed of 25 wpm.
  • A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or the ability to obtain an Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
  • A current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
