Job Summary

We are seeking a caring LPN to join our team, providing exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.

As an LPN, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants and operating in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations.

You will also confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess an active LPN license in the state of residence and current/active CPR certification.

You will also require strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.

Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills are also essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
