Your goal will be to establish strong relationships with these families, understand their unique needs, and offer solutions that provide value to them.

Job Description:
  As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and build relationships with families who have recently experienced a loss. You'll do this by networking, building community and civic relationships, and following up with families after they've received services from us. This may involve presenting our Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide to families and explaining the benefits of pre-planning.

  You'll also work to maintain and track activity levels to ensure productivity, remain flexible with your schedule to achieve results, and work beyond standard hours as needed. This may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable presenting in front of others and have a high level of integrity. A good driving record is also essential, as you may be required to travel locally or to multiple locations. In addition, you'll need to be able to work well in a team environment and independently, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  A high school education or equivalent is required, along with 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience. Previous sales experience or industry experience is also preferred. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.

Benefits:
  We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.85/hour, with targeted first-year earnings ranging from $33,280 to $80,000. Part-time associates working an average of 20 hours per week may be eligible for 401(k).

Work Conditions:
  As a Sales Professional, you can expect to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions. Local and/or multiple location traveling may be required. You'll also need to comply with our dress code policy.
