Assembly Specialist

We are seeking an Assembly Specialist to join our team in Waterbury, CT. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies.

This is a long-term temporary position with potential for Temp-to-Hire, offering a competitive hourly rate of $17.00. Our ideal candidate will have 1 year of assembly experience and possess good hand and eye coordination, fine motor skills, and the ability to work with small parts and follow written instructions.

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of assembly experience preferred
• Good hand and eye coordination
• Fine motor skills
• Able to work with small parts and follow written instructions
