We are an owner/operator of multiple market-rate apartment communities seeking a skilled Apartment Leasing Specialist to join our team in Stratford. This is a full-time position, which includes 1/2 days on Saturdays.

This role will focus on leasing activities for multiple properties located in Stratford, Haddonfield, Haddon Heights, Audubon, Bordentown, and Bellmawr.

Responsibilities:
  • Accompany prospects to apartments and discuss terms of lease.
  • Educate applicants about the benefits of our properties.
Qualifications:
  • Desired 2 years of experience as a Leasing or Apartment Rental agent
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Good customer service, closing, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great personality
  • Awesome, hardworking 'CAN DO' personality
  • Reliable transportation is required
