Barback Assistant

HKs Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and dining area. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up the bar and dining area at the start of your shift, assisting bartenders in delivering drinks and food to guests, maintaining proper rotation of inventory, bussing tables as guests complete their meals, and following safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean work environment and safe workplace. To be successful in this role, you must be 21 years or older and have proper state or county certification. You will also need to be flexible and able to work night, holidays, weekends, and days. Additionally, you must be able to lift heavy items such as cases of beer and use a dolly to transport kegs. If you have excellent communication and customer service skills, and knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, we encourage you to apply. As a Barback at HKs Bar and Grill, you will earn tips in addition to your hourly wage.
