Job Title: Bilingual Personal Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Personal Trainer to join our team at Crunch Fitness - Northeast Florida.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a positive fitness experience to our members and clients, while promoting the Crunch Fitness brand and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members and clients, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Collaborate with the Personal Training Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives and drive club success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously develop skills and knowledge to enhance client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Current CPR certification and one or more of the following certifications: ACSM, ACE, Cooper Institute, IFPA, NASM, NESTA, NFPT, or NSCA.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of personal training experience, preferably in a fitness club environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties required for daily job tasks.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the Crunch Fitness brand.

Extended workdays, weekends, and holidays may be required to support business needs.
