Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance/Housekeeping II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our medical clinic, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Maintain the exterior and interior work area, including upkeep of the parking lot, lawn, bushes, and hedges
  • Perform simple repairs, requiring knowledge of plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and yard maintenance
  • Operate rental equipment as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • No formal experience required, but experience may be substituted for education
  • Driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable automobile required
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Ability to occasionally travel to our Everson clinic
