Job Title: General Dentist for Community Health Clinic

ARCH Placement is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our team at a new facility in Four Oaks, North Carolina. As a valued member of our community health clinic, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality dental care to patients in need while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to provide full scope dental services, including root canals and no implants, to patients in our community health clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Dental Provider in supervising dental staff and administering the dental department.
  • Represent the dental department at board and department head meetings in the absence of the Lead Dental Provider.
  • Maintain a current and good-standing state Dental license.
  • Provide dental in-service training to dental and other staff as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate and legible dental patient records.
  • Provide dental diagnostic and treatment services to patients in our on-site dental office and mobile dental office.
  • Implement state and federal laws, standards, and guidelines related to dental services.
  • Represent the health center to dental societies and other community and civic groups.
  • Precept dental students rotating through the health center from UNC Dental School.
  • Participate in case reviews during PCHH huddles.
Requirements:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a current and good-standing state Dental license, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Experience in a community health clinic setting is preferred but not required.
