East Orange School District is seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting screenings and evaluations, composing evaluation reports, and providing individual and group therapy. The Speech Therapist will also be responsible for case managing speech only cases, attending IEP conferences as needed, and collaborating with CST members. Additionally, the Speech Therapist will consult with instructional staff members and present parent and staff trainings. The Speech Therapist will be assigned to 2-3 locations and will work closely with the Department of Special Education Services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
