Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Sales Clerk to support our initiatives in the Southern Illinois region. Candidates must reside within Illinois to be eligible for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing designated projects under the guidance of the Account Manager.
- Support the Account Manager and Specialists with sales presentations and product demonstrations, including the transportation and setup of materials.
- Prepare necessary materials for sales presentations, training sessions, and conferences.
- Strategically plan sales outreach based on objectives set by the Account Manager.
- Manage time effectively and communicate with customers through various channels.
- Utilize online resources and training modules to enhance product knowledge.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, fostering professional credibility and trust.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare necessary documentation, and resolve routine issues.
- Provide essential information to the Account Manager and external resources for effective territory management.
- Assist with post-conference tasks, including finalizing attendance lists and preparing reports.
- Learn new products and processes while managing daily responsibilities.
- Deliver and collect sample materials as needed.
- Organize storage facilities and manage incoming shipments.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Google Drive, Word, and Excel.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
